Van Helsing Final Cut Essential Skills And Quest Rewards Revamp v1.1:

- all Shrines now have a cool-down of 60 seconds, and a duration of 120 seconds. The values of all changes are:

\shrine_bless.cfg = Cooldown = 60, Duration = 120, buff value = 50 (stat boost is a factor of 2x)
\shrine_magic_find.cfg = Cooldown 60, Duration = 120, buff value = 100 (stat boost is a factor of 10x)
\shrine_melee_damage.cfg = Cooldown 60, Duration = 120, buff value = 150 (stat boost is a factor of 3x)
\shrine_precision.cfg = Cooldown 60, Duration = 120, buff value = 100 (stat boost is a factor of 4x)
\shrine_xp.cfg = Cooldown 60, Duration = 120, buff value = 1000 (stat boost is a factor of 40x)

- All Skill And Aura costs are now 1 Skill Point each.

- Katarina has her Magic Find skill boosted to 5000% Magic Find per Skill tier, all the way up to 50000% Magic Find.

- when creating a new character, and you complete the first quest, your rewards are: 300 Skill Points, 1000 Ability Points, 100 million gold, 8 randomly rolled rare items, and finally, enough XP given to reach character level 10.

- all quest rewards that offers randomly rolled items as part of the quest reward has been increased from a single item to 8 items, and on the occassion a quest rewards you 2 different randomly rolled items, those now have 4 of each instead. Make sure to vendor or stash all your stuff before visiting an NPC for quest reward completion.

- since you are given 300 Skills when you first create your character, I have stripped all Skill Point rewards from all quests past the very first one, that offers Skill points. Same goes for Ability Points, I have given the player 1000 Ability Points and also stripped all reference to Ability Point rewards from the rest of the quests that offers them.

I have seen a few balance / revamp mods on the Nexus, yet none I would consider to be 'Revamp Lite', so I made this mod to fill in that gap, and retain as much of the vanilla experience as I could.
