A mod that rebalance the player's stats as well as the skills and perks!!

This mod is being under development...
Testing is the most time consuming while making mods, so I release it now as it is for testing purpose!
Please, if you test it, take a couple of minute to throw a feedback about your experiences!

Bypass the water issue... (ability to cross river) (for now I can do it, but there is a weird speed issue that I have to investigate)

Features:

Skills & Perks Points:
Reduced skills and perks points reassignment cost! From 3500/point to 1500/point.

I also make a native version of "22 more Skills and Perks Points" mod (by besthsq) with a different points distribution. (Check picture for details!)
This optional file grants 22 more skills & perks points to reach the 44 points each needed to unlock all skills and all perks.
Install note: If you want the 22 mores points, you need to download both files, install the EPS main file first and than overwrite with the xtra 22SPP file !!
If you prefer the points distribution of the besthsq's version, you can still use it with this mod, but the cost to reassign them will be back to vanilla. (but yeah whatever as you can unlock everything ^^)


Skills distribution:
Changed some skills related tiers!
(Check picture for details!)


Movement Speed tweaks:
Increased jog, walk, crouch, and crawl speed from (vanilla) 1 to 2.5


Silent Steps skill:
The way they make the noise "mechanism" is weird... After hours and hours of test,
I arrive at the conclusion that it's really complex to tweaks it without a proper debug tool.. And that the Silent Steps skill lvl1 is/feel broken??

What I did is that I reduced the "base noise", so that without the skill the noise is reduced by 25%.
With the skill lvl1 the material noise (walking) is reduced by 50%.. (I don't really see any difference with this level anyway)
With the Skill lvl2 the vegetation noise (walking through bushes) and material noise are reduced by 60%.

That means, without the skill your noise will be at 75% instead of (vanilla) 100%,
and when you get the skill lvl2, it will be at 40% instead of (vanilla) 80%.
(in other words, without the skill (75%) you are close to vanilla noise with skill lvl2 (80%)


I'm only happy when it rains skill:
Tweaked the Fog effect, now it decrease visibility and scent.
Tweaked the Rain effect, now it decrease visibility, hearing and scent.

Fog: 0.9;1;0.9 - vanilla 0.9;1;1
Rain: 0.9;0.9;0.9 - vanilla 0.9;1;1


Keen Eye skill:
Cooldown from 30 minutes to 10.
Skill lvl2 Min & Max values boosted:
- show need zone, from 2-5 to 3-6
- show animal group, from 1-3 to 2-4


Steady Hands perk:
(same as for the noise, the wobble mechanism is fucked up !!)
I slightly decreases the base wobble by 25%, than I boosted the perk,
lvl1 decrease wobble by 40% and lvl2 by 80%.

That means, without the skill the wobble will be at 75% instead of (vanilla) 100%,
and when you get the skill lvl2, it will be at 20% instead of (vanilla) 80%.
Less drinking more hunting!! ^^


Ranger perk:
Tweaked a bit so that now it show the distance until cooldown is finish.

Backup:
As always, do not forget to make a backup of your save folder.... I am not responsible for anything!!
"my document/Avalanche Studios/COTW/saves/", then right click on the folder inside (folder name is a bunch of numbers)
and compress it as 7z, rar or zip.

Installation:
1. Extract contents to your "Steam\steamapps\common\theHunterCotW\" folder.
Make sure "dropzone" folder is inside theHunterCotW folder.

2. Add the following line to CotW's steam launcher option, including the dash and dot.
--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-archive dlc_win64 --vfs-fs.
or if it doesn't work try this instead:
--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs.
