The mod works, but not how I expected. In order for the completed game to load, I had to load the completed save from the game menu. The completed save started a new game (not new game +, but a new game as if first time playing) on Survival difficulty (you can still change the difficulty in the in-game Options menu).
The completed save has all the upgrades and collectables. And the completed save unlocked various Steam achievements (this mod does not appear to block achievements from Steam).
For me, I don't really mind not having new game + available. It's great having all the collectables (except the one mentioned in the mod Description from Chapter 2) and all the upgrades.

Not getting the New Game+ option in the main menu bruv.
Nvm it works, just have to goto the map and access it once to unlock.i need help
