Brings the neckline and backline up on Emily's scandalous dress. Also makes her nightware a little less vampy.
Install by unpacking the zipfile in your game's Data/Packages folder and running the following command:
python council_multi_texture_replacer.py Characters_Main_0.cpk texture_003_2048x2048.dds 3 texture_014_2048x2048.dds 14
I used claude to help me unpack the textures, and write the repack script. Images were modified in Gimp.
