In Thea, there seems to be an algorithm at work that stops children from growing up, when there already are lot of characters around. To counter this, this mods adds a chance for children to grow up, as long as there are less than 50 people in your village and you have more than 5 children in your village. Expect nothing fancy, this is just to make sure you always have the chance to get new gatherers and other basic characters.
