UUU Tutorial -
First of all download Universal Unreal-engine Unlocker , as it can't be hosted elsewhere from here
Once downloaded extract all the files in any folder, and launch it through UuuClient.exe

UUU Launcher Tutorial -
It becomes cumbersome to enable UUU every time after the game launches, so to enable it on every game launch you can download the Launcher either from the Files tab or this site.
You can watch the Tutorial (linked above) on how to enable this launcher in the latter part of the video.
Dev console-commands -
Most important to enable debug camera through the console is ->
Enablecheats 1 toggledebugcamera
Fov can also be adjusted, with 100 being the variable ->
fov 100
Screen resolution can be changed, with 100 being the native res ->
r.ScreenPercentage 100
