Very simple mod made on request - it makes all research times less than a min. Not balanced, but will save you time and one pair of hands for other things.
Installation Unzip archives content to your game root folder. If you are doing everything right, you will copy batches of 3 files (utoc/ucas/pak) with the same name to ~mods.
Should work for gamepass as well, but might require altering path.
Uninstallation Just remove installed utoc/ucas/pak files in ~mods.
