This offers smaller tweaks either for balancing or thematic reasons.
LighterJewelry
Decreases jewelry weight to realistic levels (nobody is carrying around 100kg rings). Also makes lightness jewelry more useful.
RandomBlastRebalance
Increases RB1 damage to be more comparable to wands. Increases RB2 damage at early levels and decreases it at later levels. Slightly decreases damage for RB3 and RB4 at all levels. Decreases Chain Lightning damage at all levels.
But why?

The current jewelry weights made little sense and made lightness jewels which can already be considered the worst choice even worse.
RandomBlastRebalance
A common complaint was that RB3, RB4 and Chain Lightning did way too much damage compared to other options. This was due to number of targets and damage multiplier scaling up quickly. This in turn made RB1 and RB2 fairly useless because it had to start so low. These changes still leave those skills easily the strongest choice damage-wise, but they don't out-class everything by so much that the utility from other options can't compete. Due to the difference in damage between the rarities now being smaller, it is also possible to give a bit more thought to the other granted skills, so you don't just pick the highest RB# whenever available.
How to install this?
1) Extract the files to Thea2_Data/StreamingAssets/Mods/LighterJewelry or/and Thea2_Data/StreamingAssets/Mods/RandomBlastRebalance
If you used a prior version, remove the file paths from your database.xml file.
