Completely overhauls all god traits, giving them more impactful bonuses and negative effects in line with specific play styles.
Buffs weaker deities and nerfs stronger ones for a more even playing field.

### Hotfix ###
- removed Marovit's Moon Bridge for good this time
Note: This does NOT corrupt savegames and takes effect immediately!

- Marovit's goblin effect now also works on gnomes (added through XenoReaver's mod)
- Marovit no longer grants the Moon Bridge ritual
- Marovit now grants bonuses to research and rituals to anyone carrying scrolls or codices

Rise of the Gods 1.2
- Chosen Skills that deal damage now deal 15% less at level 1
- Chosen Skills now automatically upgrade at level 5/10/15/20

Reworks all God traits and bonuses.
Each God now has the following:
1) preferred race (all attributes bonus)
2) attribute bonus (specific)
3) a general bonus (a minor or major special effect)
4) a downside (bigger impact than before)
5) a conditional bonus with up to 5 levels (scaling, so usually will get stronger over time)
6) a chosen skill (balanced around early/mid game)
How to install this?
