re-enables GPU decompression, which can lower CPU usage by around 20% and remove a lot of the stuttering you may experience especially at high speeds

This mod simply hooks DStorageSetConfiguration and force-sets DisableGpuDecompression to false (by default, unless set otherwise in the dstorage-patch.ini)
install info:
if multiple mods, download Ultimate ASI Loader and place the .dll in the game directory, then create a plugins/ folder and place the asi in there. structure should look like:

dstorage-patch.asi <- other mod
region-selector.asi
TDUSC.exe
dinput8.dll <- from asi-loader
if single, just rename the asi to dinput8.dll and place in the base directory (or use the asi loader too for easy adding of new mods)
