After many requests for playable Imperials, I decided to put something together. This mod replaces the Khajiit. You'll have to click on Elsweyr when starting your character. Attributes reflect values across the series. All provincial and flavor text has been adjusted.
Personality improves barter, while Luck improves gold found. Imperials are well suited to characters who expect to do a lot of shopping.
