Simply converted Skyrim sounds to VOC files, and added some new XMI files.

A lot of new VOC files converted from edited Skyrim sound effects. Plus some music. This was just for fun for a class project and I have intention of replacing the rest of the music or more sounds. There aren't many Arena mods so I may as well put this up.
There are only a handful of new music tracks but I included a bunch of the originals.
I'm not sure if there's another way to install, but the way I do it is using a tool from https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Arena:Files (I use arena suite) to unpack the files first. Then download the zip from here and place the files in the appropriate place (the VOC and XMI folder in the new GLOBAL folder if using arena suite unpacker). And then use the re-packer and play.
