This mod does one thing. It replaces the awful, loud, obnoxious sound effect triggered by using the magic mirror, teleport pads, and other such devices with the sorceress' teleport sound effect from Diablo II. Nice, quiet, unobtrusive, actually sounds like teleporting.
Terraria sound effects are in the .xnb format, which isn't a standard audio format. Using a converter, I made a .xnb file of the teleport sound effect from Diablo 2.
Installation:
-Locate your steamapps/common/Terraria/Content/Sounds folder. -Locate the file called "Item_6.xnb". -Make a backup of it somewhere. -Replace the original file with the file downloaded here.
