- add country flag sprites for clarity
- add breakdown of nation stats per Control Point cost, so Research Points/CP, Mission Control/CP, etc
Built and tested on Terra Invicta 0.4.38. Verified on 0.4.41.

This mod applies Postfix patches to the following methods:
