Removes all restrictions when upgrading ships, version with "Claim No More" integrated now available.

Description:
Removes the restrictions (power core, weapon type, etc) from the ship upgrade function. You can now refit ships with new technology as you like, as long as it stays the same hull.
Installation:
Extract the folder from the archive and drag and drop into your Terra Invcita main directory.
This mod modifies the Assembly-CSharp.dll, so only a manually installation is possible.
Claims No More:
Claims No More modifies the same file and is outdated anyway, I've provided a second file which contains No Refit Restrictions AND Claim No More.
Important:
- The modified file changes with every version, so this mod breaks on every update.
- Claims No More removes the claim restriction not only for the player, the AI will use it aswell, which can lead to rapid, unlogical political changes.
