   do you put the folder in the mod folder or just the vpk

      Put the file in Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/Common/Team Fortress 2/tf/custom

      I would love for people to get into TF2 modding on Nexus. Their download speed is much better then Gamebanana and Moddb. They also support much larger file sizes.
