OMG finally done it

Here's our student council vice-president
Some parts doesnt match the model because I made them up a lot since I dont know how to make them or cant really know how it was supposed to be especially the back =A=)
Costume replaces Clerk Uniform
If you dont like this part, I put in the optinal file that it has no physic
Hairs replace Straw Hat, one with band and one without (dont know what that blue thing on the band is so I gave her a flower =A= yek girly me)
=A=) she has long hair but always tied? tsk
Ver2 divides hair into group still kind of funny but I've used all the bones already ; - ;)
Gonna rush the rest of this project with the speed of a turtle ; - ;)im sorry, hope you guys will stay tuned
