Remove gold spiral ornament and less hair strands on the ponytail, plus hairband recolors

A simpler clean look for Shionne's SW-IVY hair. (Premium Costume Pack DLC)
1st option is no spiral ornament only, 2nd option no spiral ornament and hair strands.
Hair band recolors also included.
Directions to use:
1. Unzip contents, refer to reference image for hair band recolors
2. Copy the .pak file into <install_dir>\Tales of Arise\Arise\Content\Paks\~mods directory (Create ~mods directory if it doesn't exist)
Game install directory typically found in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tales of Arise\
If mods do not work, try renaming filename to <modname>_99_P.pak. (Credits to ToA modding Discord)
