This was implemented in the most recent version from a couple days ago. Maybe you're still using an older one? At any rate, the settings that make this possible are:
You can find these settings in the "Arise-SDK.ini" on "Tales of Arise\Arise\Binaries\Win64\" , so where the game executable is located.
I myself play on a 1440p screen with around a 150% screen percentage so the result is about 4k resolution (feels like the skits were being rendered at 1080p or lower before, definitely not close to native screen res).
Thank you very much, as you said, I may still use the old one, so I'm gonna go ahead and download the new version. And yea, the skit indeed was being rendered to 1080p which looks so weird, and I can't stand it.
