About this mod
Heavy rifle semi auto 30-50dmg. Energy efficient weapons. Hard 150% to 200% dmg fast monsters 150% or 175% health enemies for all difficulty settings. Lower rpm smg 22-24dmg. Low dmg emp blast. Double health bosses and or triple health end game monsters

This is emulating a full caliber rifle instead of an intermediate cartridge assault rifle. I made the rifle semi auto only, and the mod kit too, only applies a 30 round magazine. The rifle starts with a 20 round magazine. I increased it's semi auto rate of fire, and increased the damage to 40
