.sig file is based on version 1.3 (works with 1.4). 

If you are using different versions of the game...
** COPY (don't move else you will break your game) dat1-WindowsNoEditor.sig from the Content folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\仙剑奇侠传七\Pal7\Content\)  into ~mods and rename it with the same filename as this pak ie:YueMakeup_99_P.sig **
