Adds locomotion, skip phase and cheats (unintentionally)

The default values in the config file do not represent the best values. You should find the best for you. The time speed is increased by 10% by default.
If you die not at the first scene then you can use SKIP PHASE to skip the scenes you've already complete. Change ShowMenu from false to true to see this option. The menu is located above your head.
Installation:
1) Download BepInEx x64 from GitHub (direct link) (current version: 5.4.23.3)
2) Extract BepInEx archive to the game folder.
3) Download the mod and extract the archive to the game folder.
4) Run the game
5) Check if the default settings (movement, rotation and time speed) are good for you. If not then exit the game and modify SUPERHOT VR\BepInEx\config\SuperhotVr.Movement.cfg file according to your needs.
Uninstalling:
Remove SUPERHOT VR\BepInEx\plugins\SuperhotVr.Movement.dll
