During the Sacks and Snow: In the Service of Mr Sacks quest, Mr Sacks is supposed to provide a boost to Engine Power and Fuel Efficiency. Due to the way the game is coded, this bonus is never applied. With this mod, you can benefit from this bonus by equipping Mr Sacks as a mascot.
