when you're in the flower thing and select it, choosing it gives you I think like 40 secrets? The book itself doesn't do anything specific, but having all the options at once opens up a new possibility.
Hello everyone, just throwing a bottle in the zee in hope for an answer here.
I'm stucked with the shackled Ziren quest. I managed to learn about her tongue being removed (in case someone wondered how you can do that, because it was sheer luck for me to find it, well, let's just say that one would need a heart of stone to resist a ziren's song... Or more precisely a heart of clay), and after a few tribulations, ended up in Wither to find the place where her tongue is hidden.
I got that it's supposed to be a sort of puzzle? Like, turn left, pour wine in the well, those were the indications given in Codex... But the last step?

What does that mean ? Throw story's eye? Blow stone's eye? I honestly have no idea. Help please?
Edit: You know the feeling of finding the answer for a question right when you finish asking it? Yep. That was me here... it's not Stone, of course it's not Stone... So it would only be the other one's attention that was needed. ><
Hello there! Not sure if this will get a response, but I'm at a bit of a loss. I seem to be unable to commit any further nonary tokens to the graveyard in London. Did I lock myself out of it? I plucked a flower or some such, which apparently gave me access to a 'Brightfuitte Shop,' though I have no idea what that means.
Edit: I did indeed lock myself out of it. Fair warning, don't pluck the flower until you've got all the nonary tokens if you want the full reward. Still trying to figure out where to get all the bastards.
I found it very annoying that you have to sell the Monkey's Unclear for its Nonary Token; I never end up using it, because I usually go through the whole midgame with a cargo-focused ship without a Forward slot and want the Token around when I'm upgrading it to a lategame ship.
If you want the sale to still happen, here's a suggestion: - have the sale also grant a new quality, "Devil's Uncle" (appearance: the revelatory map or some other image of scribbled text) - have one of the Time in the Iron Republic market events switch based on whether you have Devil's Uncle - if it is and you have <correct Days value, probably the House of Pleasures at 0-4 or the House of Harms? at 15+>, rather than bring up the standard shop, it brings up a variant which has the normal trades and also sells the Monkey's Unclear for a high price, perhaps 2000 Echoes or 200 Lamentable Relics.
