Slow the Fishing mini game gui down to make fishing viable.
Note:
Have not tested on Multi-Player, if host only has the mod let me know if it controls speed for all users or only the host.

Installation:
Install BepinEx - required to run all mods
Install Configuration Manager - optional allows changing settings while in game or disabling mods.
Add the MotorBoating.dll into the Plugins folder inside bepinex.
