- Allow all seeds to be purchased from stores regardless of the current season.
- Allow all seeds to be planted at any time, regardless of the current season.
- Make everything re-growable.
- All can be toggled on/off – WARNING: if you turn off “plant at any time,” any out-of-season crops will die immediately.
