Updated EerieCoffee's player houses to work with the latest patch

Original mod by EerieCoffee, I just updated it to work with the latest patch !
Installation :
1. Download BepInEx
2. Download Custom Textures (open and close the game once with these mods installed will create a "CustomTextures" folder in the BepInEx Plugins folder)
3. Put downloaded sprites into the "CustomTextures" folder. *DO NOT change any names or it will not show up in game*
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sun Haven\BepInEx\plugins\CustomTextures
4. In game, visit the Hardware Store where you can buy different doors, windows, walls (...). You just have to buy every parts named " Charming " and apply it to your house.
* I had to make some tiny edits to the textures in order for them to work, but It's barely noticeable, I also added a custom paint brush icon to match. :)
* Replaces the Charming House Set
