Summoner Mod - Gear and Item Overhaul

Rebalances weapons and armor so that all builds and gear variations are useable and viable in a playthrough. Repairs long standing balance issues like chainmail being better than suit-armor, and blunt being overpowered against everything while bows were virtually useless.
