I am running into a glicth where when I reload the game I can not open the locker. Is anyone else having this problem? Also the mod is not showing anything throu the glass ether :(
[Updated] The bug that some users report is very rare (from my experience)
As others have already reported, certain items placed in lockers such as Table Coral can sometimes very occasionally cause the game to crash. From my experience, I encountered this when I first installed the mod, however, I then used the mod for another 150 hours putting larger items like table coral in lockers, and never experienced the bug again.
Every single time I've tried to use this mod both in SN and SN:BZ the game has crashed the instant I place a Table Coral in the locker. Every time I've placed other items before placing the Table Coral. Not sure if that has to do anything with it, but it is definitely not being "very rare" for me.
Well, the majority of people have reported that it is rare. If every player was affected all of the time then there would be a wash of posts complaining about it and the mod would've been pulled/updated for being broken.
If some users are being affected more than others it's most likely compatibility with other mods, and also system specifications, maybe even drivers. It could also be the version you have the Steam version, Epic, or GOG. Also for those using cracked/pirated versions, many mods will not work either.
Steam main branch version I like how this mod makes those lockers look but unfortunately it just does not work for me (I get to see how it starts to fill up until I try to place the coral) Don't see how other mods would affect it since nothing else is doing anything to lockers/storage Only thing I can confirm is the Table Coral making it crash If this could be looked into with more information I could provide whatever is needed
I had trouble getting this mod working. I've got the latest BepInEx installed (downloaded twenty minutes ago) alongside QModManager 4.4.4 which most of the Below Zero mods require, fresh download of the mod, I've enabled and deployed in Vortex, then disabled, re-enabled and re-deployed because it didn't seem to be working, verified that the deployment looks correct, but it didn't work.
Then I started poking around in the filesystem and checked more carefully how Vortex had deployed it. Vortex had put a SHORTCUT LINK to VisibleLockerInterior.dll in common\SubnauticaZero\QMods\BepInEx\plugins and called it good. But that doesn't work.
So I manually made a direct copy of VisibleLockerInterior.dll into common\SubnauticaZero\BepInEx\plugins ... and suddenly it Just Worked.
So, don't trust Vortex to deploy your BepinEx mods correctly when running in parallel with QModManager. Because Vortex gets it wrong.
thank you for this! i kept getting an error that this mod and qmm couldn't be loaded. poked around and saw that there wasn't a file for this mod in bepin so i made a copy and that fixed the error!
beware if you use this with an inventory mod. if the inventory space is increased and you fill over the normal amount, you are unable to open it while using the visible locker mod.
There seems to be a game freezing bug that happens when Table Coral Samples are stored in a locker. I added my observations to the an already existing bug report.
Side note; games with autosave have spoiled me. I lost 2 hours of progress yesterday during which I had completely rearranged my base. Learned my lesson there. Save early, Save often.
Other than that I love this mod. It's so much better to just look at a locker to see its contents than having to open them in the PDA.
I've had issues with table coral in both Subnautica and BZ. Doesn't happen frequently, but seems to happen when depositing large numbers of coral (so far have determined it's over 6 pieces)

there was a decent autosave mod there...absolute must-have when you are playing modded SN
