Important Note!
This mod conflicts with Better Power Info! BPI still shows the negative power, even if all machines are turned off!
Installation

2. Download this archive
3. Extract this archive.
4. Run the game.
Overview
With this mod installed, you now have the ability to toggle filtration machines, floodlights and spotlights, so they don't take up power, or if you just don't want them to be on! Just note, the filtration machine takes 1-2 seconds to start back up, so don't panic if it doesn't start right away!
Do the toggled machines persist over game saves and loads?
Yes, they do! All the states of all toggled machines, whether off or on, persist on game loads/saves!
