What is this mod?
This is a simple mod. You can give yourself a speedboost, similar to sprinting, when using the Seaglide. With your Seaglide in hand, press the Left Shift button on your keyboard and watch yourself go faster! Be careful though, energy consumption is increased while using the boost
Why use it?
Sometimes you need a little speed boost to get the job done, like when you're trying to get some O2 before passing out. This helps with that. Also, the seaglide is actually pretty useful, but when you get into late game there are better alternatives. This speed boost keeps it relevant and balanced.
What is the speed boost?
Currently, activating the speed boost will add 1.5x of the original Seaglide speed to your movement speed and double energy consumption while in use.
Is it mod friendly?
Yes! It was designed to cause no issues with other mods. It does this by adding and subtracting the speed bonus, rather than setting the Seaglide speed directly.
