Allows beacon positions to be specified via the spawn command to allow adding map markers to unvisited locations

- Changelogs
Modifies the console commands to support:
- spawn beaconAt
[x] [y] [z] [optional label]
- spawn beacons
Details
Using beaconAt as the 2nd parameter of the spawn command will place a single beacon anywhere in the world
- Makes chasing a coordinate found in the wiki a lot easier
- No more having the F1 overlay in your way or guessing your direction by how fast the numbers change
Using beacons as the 2nd parameter of the spawn command will place beacons at all positions specified in the config json file
- The initial config has all the wreck locations from https://subnautica.fandom.com/wiki/Wrecks
- Edit the config json to replace / supplement the initial list with your own preferences
- The file is read each time the command is executed so that the list can be changed (or formatting errors fixed) without any game restart
- Beacon labels supported as of version 1.1
