Cleans up all the stages, alot less spotty smudges everywhere (there is still some sorry but it still looks much better). Some of the enemies are completed as well as a test (looks great)

Went through and cleaned up all the stages in the game takes away that dot style shading, i am working on the roster of enemies as well but all of the stages have been completed, You will need the Streets of rage 4 explorer to add them, easy drag drop in the folder. It is tasteful, but the art clerk has no pants! - Update. I have started and almost finished the first round of the enemies, so the normal version's to start. (i do plan on cleaning them all up)
