Rangiku Matsumoto from the "Bleach" anime replaces StreetsOfRage3 Blaze character. The sprites have been cleaned, re-outlined, AI Upscaled to HD and redrawn where needed. All UI assets are replaced too (ie.HUD & PORTRAITS).
NOTE: If you want to add Rangiku Matsumoto to your main menu/title screen. Grab the png from the "IMAGES" tab of this mod page then replace "max" in the gui/menus/mainmenu folder.
