in order to install, just put the .pak file into the Paks folder in your game directory, usually
contains voice lines from the game Melty Blood, by TYPE-MOON, and taken from here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hcg6kGQH3VU
for now, only changes the player triggered meows, but i plan to add some to cutscenes (for example, the fall) to replace existing meows there
created using umodel, fmodel, unreal engine 4.27, audacity, ffmpeg, unrealpak
also maybe some day i will figure out adding a neco-arc model to the game, for now my attempts with that have failed.
