A medium size custom made island. with a high mesa to build a base and room for farming.
Lots of medicinal plants and tons of yucca. One beach has more clay and clay nodes then you can count. Plenty of rocks and and rock nodes.
IT is very heavy in resources but not a ton of loot. There are 2 survivor shelters and at least 6 wrecks to explore and get the loot. Watch out for the sharks that protect them. I can't remember how many there are........lets just say plenty. No snakes! Experimental 54,0,1
