"Start with Free to Deploy concrete Structures, can be used with previous saves.
Requires Construction 3 on any character

Extract .zip file and place the contents in your "User name/AppData/Roaming/Stranded-Alien Dawn/Mods" folder
Construction 3 on one of your characters is a requirement.
Start game and you will immediately have a Construction menu. Placing the blueprints cost nothing, but takes the same amount of time to build.
If when placing blueprints, an option pops up to place a door and stairs "right click to cancel" because it is not free.
After placing buildings place concrete stairs and doors that are free.
A Spacious room buff is a 5x6 room per character.
