This shader improves the render fog in the game. Usually it kicks in a too soon and takes away much of the experience when in high altitudes with good weather, while the tiles beyond are still loaded in. It also affects the ambient lighting a bit.
To install:
In steam, right click stormworks > manage > browse local files
Drag and drop the contents of the zip into the main folder
Accept the notification that you're going to override a file. (This is the main shader file)
