Democratic elections in Stellaris are supposed to occur every 10 or 20 years, but the 90 days the player is given to support a candidate effectively pushes the next election back by 3 months. This mod fixes the problem by having elections take place every 9 (or 19) years and giving the player a year to support a candidate.
