После новой игры можно сохраниться, выйти и отключить мод. После загрузки цитадель останется.
Нет требований к игре и дополнениям. Нет конфликтов с другими модами.
Установка:
1. Распаковать содержимое архива:
C:\Users\Имя_Пользователя\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
2. Включить мод в лаунчере игры.

The first Starbase at the new game of a Citadel class.
A new game is required!
After a new game, you can save, exit and disable the mod. After loading the Citadel will remain.
No requirements for the game and dlc. No conflicts with other mods.
Installation:
1. Unpack the contents of the archive:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod
2. Enable the mod in the game launcher.
