Removed the large pattern on the back of the shirt, now it looks more like a realistic office lady skirt suit.

The original version of this outfit had a large pattern on the back, but I prefer a more minimalist office-style skirt suit, so I removed it and only kept the small text near the neckline.
Just a heads-up—since I'm not great at handling normal maps, if you zoom in on the back, you might notice some "raised marks." But! They're completely invisible under normal lighting and at a normal viewing distance.
