Cursed Engine.ini Tweaks
After minutes of sabotaging Unreal Engine 4, I present the Definitive CURSED Engine.ini for Stellar Blade.
My goal was simple: destroy performance, spike input latency, murder picture clarity, and maximize graphical garbage, all without any real technical justification. This mod:
• Re-enables Film Grain, Chromatic Aberration, and other artifacts
• Forces blur and sharpen simultaneously
• Disables multi-threading and async compute
• Caps your FPS to 15 for true PS2 cinematic immersion
• Makes your GPU sob uncontrollably
How to Install
1. Navigate to:
%localappdata%\SB\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
(Press Win + R, paste it, press Enter)
2. Paste the provided Engine.ini file there. Overwrite when asked.
3. Right-click the file → Properties → check Read-Only → Apply.
4. Launch the game and regret everything.
(To uninstall: just delete Engine.ini like it never happened.)
⚠️ Compatibility
DO NOT USE WITH OTHER OPTIMIZATION MODS
…unless you enjoy exploding config conflicts in 240p.
Other mods are fine — just not ones that pretend to fix things.
