Thank you for downloading my save file!

This save is for players who want to experience the endgame and New Game+ without the grind of collecting everything first. It places you at the point of no return, ready to begin the final sequence of missions.

I. Prerequisites
-------------------

*** YOU MUST OWN THE COMPLETE EDITION OF STELLAR BLADE. ***

This save file includes items from the Complete Edition (such as pre-order cosmetics). If you only own the Standard Edition, this save may not load correctly or may cause issues.

II. Save File Status
-------------------

[ WHAT'S ALREADY DONE ]

*   All 49 Cans collected.
*   All Hairstyles unlocked.
*   All Face & Body Decorations acquired.
*   All Exospines found and upgraded.
*   All base game Gear collected.
*   Database is 99% complete.

[ WHAT'S LEFT FOR YOU TO DO ]

*   BEGIN THE FINALE: You are positioned right before the point of no return, ready to take on the final two bosses.
*   Obtain the "Shield Penetration Gear ★★★" (drops from the Raven boss, one of the final bosses you're about to fight).
*   Obtain the "Symbol of Legacy" Earrings (reward for beating the final boss).
*   Find Journal Entry #1 (missed from the "Siren's Song" quest, but can be easily acquired on your NG+ run).
*   Collect all New Game+ variants for suits, earrings, and the drone in your next playthrough.
*   Complete the Boss Challenge mode (only Scarlet is done).
*   Missing Adam's Christmas Outfit, can be acquired in NG+
For Adam's Christmas Outfit, you can easily grab that one while in NG+ in Xion. Located on the steps with all the Snowmen and hit the Santa Claus with the person on top of it until it breaks, rewarding you with his outfit.

III. Installation
----------------------

*** VERY IMPORTANT: THIS SAVE IS TIED TO A SPECIFIC STEAM ID. YOU MUST EDIT THE FILE TO MATCH YOUR OWN STEAM ID FOR IT TO WORK. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS CAREFULLY! ***

**Step A: Find Your Own Steam ID**

1.  Open Windows File Explorer.
2.  Navigate to your Stellar Blade save folder here:
    `C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\SB\Saved\SaveGames\`
3.  Inside that folder, you will see another folder named with a long string of numbers (e.g., 765xxxxxxxxxxxxxx). **This number is your unique Steam ID.**
4.  Copy this number and paste it into a temporary text file so you have it ready.

**Step B: Edit the Downloaded Save File**

1.  Open your web browser and go to the hex editor website: https://hexed.it
2.  Click "Open file" and select the `StellarBladeSave00.sav` file that you downloaded from this mod.
3.  Once the file is loaded, scroll ALL THE WAY to the very bottom of the hex data. You will see the original Steam ID (a long number starting with 765).
4.  Carefully replace the old Steam ID with YOUR OWN Steam ID that you copied in Step A. Make sure you replace the characters exactly and don't add or remove any spaces.
5.  After changing the ID, click the "Save as" button (or press Ctrl+S) to save the modified file to your computer (e.g., your Downloads folder).

**Step C: Place the File in Your Game Directory**

1.  Make sure your game is closed and that you have backed up your original saves.
2.  Copy the newly edited `StellarBladeSave00.sav` from your Downloads folder.
3.  Paste it into your personal Steam ID folder here:
    `C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\SB\Saved\SaveGames\[Your_Steam_ID_Folder]\`
4.  Launch the game. The save file should now appear and be usable.

IV. FAQ
----------------------

Q: Why do I have to edit the file?
A: Stellar Blade save files are locked to the Steam account that created them. Editing the file with your own Steam ID makes the game recognize it as yours.

Q: Is this for the Steam version of the game?
A: Yes, this save was created on the Steam version. These instructions will not work for other platforms.

Q: Why is Journal Entry #1 missing?
A: It was tied to the "Siren's Song" side quest, which was missed in this play through. However, you can easily complete this quest on your New Game+ run to achieve 100% database completion.
