Stored items "search&select" dialog, internal stacker fixes and improvements.

This mod adds new action to all vending machines - if labeler is used on prev, next and vend buttons, dialog window with all stored items will be shown, so player can search and choose item to vend.
Refrigerated vending machine's internal stacker now exports stack with size, specified by wheel (as for import).
Logic command "RequestHash" also obeys this behaviour. Stack size can be controlled via "Setting" value.
Installation:
1. If you don't have BepInEx installed, look for installer here here.
2. Download mod archive and extract it to "(StationeersInstallDir)/BepInEx/plugins" directory
3. Enjoy!
Uninstallation:
1. Remove "(StationeersInstallDir)/BepInEx/plugins/TheLich - Vending Machines Upgraded" directory.
