Installation: 1. Move all the files in the FreePlacement folder into your Stationeers folder. 2. Launch the game 3. For (almost) unrestricted building, hold X on your keyboard.
(Currently there is no cue that it works other than the building outline turns from red to green, so you'll just have to trust me)
