Makes the prestige trader now accept Influence instead of Prestige Credits for all items.
To preserve balance, most items are now double the cost in Influence that they were in Prestige Credits.
You can also recruit Red Talon operatives with Influence now.

Description
There seems to be no middle ground when it comes to escaping the grind of Daybreak. Either you suck it up and grind it with some mundane strategy to win, 30+ min per round, or you just cheat your way through it, max your prestige at 99,999, make all items cost 0, and/or buy whatever you want from the prestige trader whenever. Balance is non-existent for people that just want to play the campaign but have the ability to get end-game items without the Daybreak grind and without cheats.
Well, no longer is that the case.
With this mod, the Prestige Trader now accepts Influence for all their discerning customers!
However, to keep the supply and demand in check, prices have gone up. All items are now double the cost in Influence what they were in prestige credits.
Need some help clearing those zeds? Well they ain't gonna cull themselves!...Unless of course you're driving a Zedbuster, but I digress.
Starting today, Red Talon now accepts Influence as payment to hire one of our highly professional consultants! We don't come cheap, but we'll leave your community looking cleaner and more zed free than ever before! So pick up your radio and give us a call today!
This mod was aimed at simplicity and balance. I was shocked it didn't already exist. It allows players who care nothing for Daybreak to play the campaign without needing to grind those annoying credits. I'm pretty well set on the prices for balance, but you're welcome to share ideas in the comments.
IMPORTANT: This DOES NOT unlock all items from Daybreak. The Community Editor is the tool for that (among many other great features). There's a link below along with some other great resources. Daybreak items are account bound and are unlocked for all communities future, past, and present. I recommend just unlocking those items, permanently, and never look back.

- Converts Prestige Trader currency from Prestige Credits to Influence
- Increases prices of the Prestige Trader inventory to maintain balance
What this mode does NOT do:
- Unlock all Daybreak items for purchase (use the Community Editor instead, link below)
Known Issues:
- If you call for a Red Talon operator but then decline their service when you meet them, the game will refund you in Prestige Credits instead of influence. As of now, there doesn't appear to be a way to fix this, it's how the game is coded. If you're just trying to roll an operative with a particular set of traits, though, you can call them in, talk to them to check their stats, and if it isn't what you want, just exit to main menu then reload your save. It should load back just after calling them on the radio but a new operative will meet you with a newly rolled set of traits.
Installation
- Use KaiHeilos Mod Manager.
- It's super easy to use, just open it, add your mod via the button at the top, and it will automatically place your mod in the correct folder based on your installation.
OR
- Download and unzip the mod.
- Open Windows File Explorer and navigate to one of the following paths:
For Steam and Epic: %LocalAppData%\StateOfDecay2\Saved
For Microsoft Store/Gamepass: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.Dayton_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Local\StateOfDecay2\Saved - Open the "Paks" folder. If there isn't one, simply create it yourself.
- Copy/paste the mod .pak file into the Paks folder from Step 3.
- Start the game and enjoy.
