I put this together and fix update it from latest game files.

Loot : Increase item loot and loot faster. (depending on the suitability of each building.)
Stack Item : 99 Ammo/Consumables and Thrown but have still weight.
Vehicle Inventories : have more slots depending on the size of the car.
Vehicle Gas : more efficiency ,more filling.
No Leader Requirement and Red Talon.
Additional mod slots for Facilities.
New version 1.0.2
Reduce the drop rate of unnecessary items and some items have too much drop rate.
Increase skill experience is slightly more difficult and AI.
