Tested on newest update (34.1) and is still working. Successfully completed bounty and received reward for out of season task. As stated in previous comments WW2 Pack has a long list so you can't click the last row but you can use arrows to go down. I will update if I find any issues.
It sadly stops on the OSS silent night and doesn't go any lower in the WW2 pack so. I tried re-installing the game and changing the files out just in case I did something wrong but nope.

Update: Upon quiting and loading again he's back, but is still not displaying any of the hidden bounties.
