This simple mod adds +1 outpost limit at each tier of the command center.
Tier 1 - 3 outposts
Tier 2 - 4 outposts
Tier 3 - 5 outposts
A Network Signal Booster and a character with the Hacking skill will increase the maximum cap to 8 outposts.
Download the zip file, extract, and install the pak file using Heilos' State of Decay 2 Mod Manager:
