In it's current version, this mod makes changes to all existing skills, including both the Daybreak variants and those exclusive to Heartland. Further features may be gradually implemented. Features being worked on will be listed at the bottom of this page (they may also be done out of order, depending on what my brain decides to focus on.
There is currently an outdated "ReadMe" file that may or may not be accurate. Currently in the process of being written are more accurate (and updated) descriptions of skills, which will be listed as Articles for ease of access.
- If you experience any game-breaking bugs, find any text issues, or believe that something may not be functioning, feel free to leave a bug report, and I will get to them as soon as I can. This is my first mod, and I am not very experienced, so it may take longer than you (or I) would like.
- If you have any suggestions for changes, please post it here or mention it to me in the Discord server (State Of Decay 2 Modding)
- Note that, because this is not created in-engine, this does not have automated localization. Because of this, this mod is English Only, until such time that I figure out how to add automatic localization (which, I'll admit, is not really a high priority for me at current)
Due to an issue that I currently cannot rectify, the game may require additional time to properly load your communities after launching the game. Attempting to load a session while this "load" is in progress may cause a Crash-To-Desktop. In order to avoid this, try not to load into a game before the Portraits (Polaroid Photos) of your survivors have properly loaded. This should take approximately the same amount of time as you would be forced to watch the load screen anyway, but should not carry the risk of a crash.
Alternatively, having the Hades Mod Manager installed (and active) via the Mod Manager alongside this mod and the Master File will - for some reason - allow the game to load properly, completely bypassing this issue. Note that this will occur even if no modules of Hades are installed.
